Since 2017 The Fit Factory has gone from strength to strength.

Helping people achieve both personal and physical goals has always been a passion ours and it is something we continue to strive to do every single day.

Our concept is simple, we aim to get people moving efficiently and educate them on nutrition which creates a more sustainable healthy lifestyle.

Our 4 week block of bootcamp classes are a blend of high intensity interval training, resistance training and functional training.

These workouts vary in structure and style (HIIT, tabata, circuit, AMRAP etc) but are perfect for every shape, size, ability and fitness level.

Strength & Conditioning:

These workouts are predominantly resistance training with barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells.

Our 3 day a week program is designed to train every major muscle group to maximise your strength over a 4 week block.

This block focuses on lifting techniques, building muscle and increasing strength.


Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

Personal Training:

Similar to our classes, our personal trainers take on clients in 4 week blocks.

Throughout the 4 weeks you will work with your trainer to work towards the goals you have both set in place.

Your trainer will asses your fitness and strength levels and put a plan in place to get you on the right track to smash your goals.

You can train 1 to 1 with your trainer or you and a friend can share the experience and the cost.

You then have the option to continue with your trainer after the initial 4 week block.
